Gordon Fong

Hello, my name is Gordon. I am the AM Site Supervisor for the Lucia Center. I have been with UCSF since 1996. I began as a volunteer, then a substitute, then a teacher. My job is to make sure the facility is safe, warm and a friendly place for children to learn and make friends. I help families connect with one another so they can support each other. I wear many hats which include being a leader, teacher, storyteller, singer, custodian, traffic officer, cook, counselor, mediator, pest exterminator, referee, plumber and best of all, an advocate for young children.
