4. How do I ship my materials to the conference center?

When shipping materials to the Mission Bay Conference Center ("MBCC"), please clearly label your package with your company name, your Conference Planning Manager's name and "hold for conference/event (insert date)." We are happy to accept your shipments and store them until your event begins. Please be mindful that due to limited storage, we request that you not send any materials more than 3 days out from the start of your event. Your package will be received and stored in secure hold until your arrival.

When shipping from within the UCSF system, please use the following address:
