Surplus Store Campus departments wanting to dispose of any equipment or office furniture can do so by using the services offered by our Surplus Goods Team. Items in good condition can be reused by other departments at the University, or can be sold off to the general public through the UCSF Surplus Store, located at Oyster Point in South San Francisco. If you wish to purchase items at the Surplus Store for your UCSF department, please call us and make arrangements to look at the available items during the week. You will need a UCSF speedchart number to purchase the items. Our inventory can change week to week, so stop by or contact us if you are looking for a specific item. Please check our current Surplus Goods flyer for this month's featured items. A Public Sale is held every Thursday from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. This sale is open to the general public, including all U.C. employees. If you wish to purchase surplus items for your personal use, you may do so during this time. We have a variety of items on hand for resale. If you are building your own home office we offer an assortment of desks, file cabinets, office chairs, and tables that can fit almost any need. We also offer used computers (Mac and PC) and office equipment. We also sell surplus medical and scientific equipment, and University vehicles, like shuttle buses and vanpool vans. Public Sale items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. Payment for individuals is by cash or check only.
