So you’re looking for a new design.  Perhaps it’s a pop-up banner, or an event flyer.  Maybe it’s a website, or a brochure.  No matter the media, no matter the project, the design’s success relies on the complementary interaction between content, format, artwork, type style, and if on paper, paper stock, ink color, and binding.  Documents & Media knows this, so you can feel comfortable trusting Documents & Media with your next design project.

Not only do we know what makes a good design, but we also take extra care to ensure that any design we craft meets your standards and requirements, no matter how specific they may be.  Before getting started, one of our Print Coordinators will meet with you to determine four primary things:

• Your project’s objective
• Your target audience
• Your budget
• Your time frame or deadline

During this meeting, our Print Coordinator will also focus on generating ideas of interest to you and show you examples of past work that Documents & Media has designed and printed.  Once we clearly understand the parameters of your project, our experienced team of design professionals will craft a design that exactly matches your needs.  From conception to completion, the Documents & Media team works with you to deliver the product you want, when you want it.

Best of all, you don’t have to manage the required bid process for your print job by using us.  An external competitive bid process is not required when Documents & Media is used – see UCSF Campus Administrative Policy 200-20.
