Aldea San Miguel is a quiet community, surrounded by a forest and located on a hill above the Parnassus campus. Best suited for couples or families, this complex was built in 1999 and is comprised of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. A shuttle connects to the main campus, and one parking spot comes with each apartment (option to purchase a second permit). These popular apartments tend to have more availability in early summer, so we recommend that you schedule your move-in as early as possible after July 1.

Introducing Aldea Singles! Coming in Fall 2009, Aldea San Miguel will be the site of 42 newly renovated Junior 1-Bedroom apartments. These single-occupancy units will be home to UCSF students and postdocs. In addition to the features listed below, these upgraded units offer granite countertops, balconies or patios, and some have cathedral ceilings. Rents are $1360 and $1380 per month. When applying on-line, please indicate that you desire a "Parnassus / Single" accommodation. Offers will be made in mid-to-late July 2009 for Fall Occupancy.
