Regular, daytime UCSF parking permit holders have reciprocal privileges for parking at all UCSF and systemwide permit parking areas (unless otherwise posted). Note also that UCSF daytime permit holders visiting other UC campuses may want to contact that campus's Parking Office for appropriate instructions.

Exceptions to complete permit parking reciprocity

Regular daytime permit holders parked in the MU public garage between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. are subject to hourly public parking fees.

Surge/Woods Lot ("B") permit holders may not park in the ACC permit garage at any time nor on any other Parnassus surface area or in the MU public garage between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on regular workdays.

Laurel Heights staff with permit type "LHR" (Laurel Heights Restricited permit) may park at the Laurel Heights campus any time. "LHR" permit holders may, however, park at other campus locations weekdays from 4:45 p.m. to 7 a.m. and any time on weekends. Should a staff member require an exception to this policy please contact the Parking Office at 476-2566.

Mission Bay staff with permit type "MBR" (Mission Bay Restricited permit) may park at the Mission Bay campus any time. "MBR" permit holders may, however, park at other campus locations weekdays from 4:45 p.m. to 7 a.m. and any time on weekends. Should a staff member require an exception to this policy please contact the Parking Office at 476-2566.

Mission Center building staff with permit type "MCR" (Mission Center Restricited permit) may park at Mission Center building any time. "MCR" permit holders may, however, park at the Satelite Lot at 17th and Folsom any time. Also "MCR" permit holders may park at other campus locations weekdays from 4:45 p.m. to 7 a.m. and any time on weekends. Should a staff member require an exception to this policy please contact the Parking Office at 476-2566.

Satelitete Lot ("RLUC") permit holders only have reciprocity at Mission Center Building after 4:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. on regular work days. MCB Parking is unrestricted on weekends and UCSF holidays.

The Mt. Zion Cancer Center Lot (Bush Street Lot) is restricted to "AMZ" permit holders only. "AMZ" permit holders have complete reciprocity to all campus permit parking areas, but only the "AMZ" permit is honored at the Bush Street Lot.
